Through their social media channels Rheem has announced it intends to acquire Friedrich Air Conditioning.

Richard and Donald Rheem founded Rheem Manufacturing in 1925. The company has produced a number of products in its nearly 100 years of operation and produces heating, cooling, water heating, pool & spa heating and commercial refrigeration.
