Friedrich Air Conditioning is a manufacturer of room A/C and other home environment products.
Through their social media channels Rheem has announced it intends to acquire Friedrich Air Conditioning.

Richard and Donald Rheem founded Rheem Manufacturing in 1925. The company has produced a number of products in its nearly 100 years of operation and produces heating, cooling, water heating, pool & spa heating and commercial refrigeration.
Founded in 1883, Friedrich Air Conditioning is a U.S. manufacturer of room A/C and other home environment products, designed for residential and commercial applications.
