A new formal agreement solidifies the partnership between the two groups.

The Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) and Women in HVACR Canada (WIHC) have announced a formal agreement solidifying the partnership between the two groups.

The partnership outlines several areas of collaboration to deliver positive impacts for the members of both organizations that will provide a platform for fostering inclusivity, empowering women in the industry, and promoting the highest standards in the field.

“With the support of HRAI’s shared services, our volunteers can focus on promoting career paths in the HVAC/R industry to Canadian students,” said acting president of WIHC, Jill Breeze, in an HRAI news release.

“This agreement presents new opportunities for collaboration that will not only benefit each organization but will enrich the Canadian industry by recognizing and giving voice to the contributions and evolving roles of women in our industry,” noted HRAI CEO Sandy MacLeod.
