IPEX closes acquisition of Valencia Pipe

Aliaxis, parent company of IPEX, has completed its acquisition of the manufacturing division of the U.S.-based Valencia Pipe Company, merging the company with the IPEX business in North America.

The acquisition is part of a North American growth strategy for the IPEX business, giving the organization an expanded presence in U.S. by adding two manufacturing facilities (Walla Walla, Washington and Kingman, Arizona), and a distribution centre (Kingman).
