Right Time growing in Nova Scotia

The group has acquired Breathe Clean Mini Split Heat Pump Cleaning of Halifax.
Right Time Group of Companies continues rolling up home services providers in Canada with its latest acquisition Breathe Clean Mini Split Heat Pump Cleaning out of Halifax.
Founded in 2016 by Cleve and Michelle Brewer, Breathe Clean became the first dedicated heat pump cleaning company in Nova Scotia, when deep cleaning services beyond a basic filter cleaning were not available locally. Since then, the company has expanded its customer base to include Halifax and the surrounding area.
Employees of the Breathe Clean will join the Right Time team and continue to serve their customers and community.
Breathe Clean is the 21st acquisition completed by Right Time and the second in Nova Scotia following the addition of Shines Energy Inc. of Dartmouth in June of this year.
Right Time is majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm out of San Francisco.
