Wolseley Canada growing in the GTA

Ferguson plc, the UK-based parent company of Wolseley Canada, has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Yorkwest Plumbing Supply Inc., a distributor of plumbing, hydronics, HVAC and industrial products since 1990 that currently operates four locations across the Greater Toronto Area.

Each of Yorkwest’s locations (Woodbridge, Toronto, Barrie and Stoney Creek) includes a kitchen and bath showroom branded as Atlantis Bath Centre.

Yorkwest’s business operations are to be integrated into Wolseley Canada.
