Yorkland Controls to supply energy management software to Ontario school board

York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) in Ontario has awarded a bid to eSight Energy Inc.‘s energy management software through distributor Yorkland Controls. eSight will be implemented to provide data analysis and management support and to help identify energy reduction opportunities across YCDSB. According to eSight Energy, Inc., the software’s scalability was an important factor in being selected. It allows for additional sites and functionality to be added as needed over time. In addition, YCDSB will be able to make bill verification less labour intensive and more accurate to report on through the Bill. eSight utilizes 100 per cent web enabled technology and is available as a hosted solution (SaaS) or installed to any site.
