Adam Wills, Canada national sales manager, commented on the move, stating, “Since opening our facility in Surrey, BC, on August 8th, 2022, Navien has seen tremendous growth given the benefits Canadian-based inventory has provided …  now we are moving to a much larger facility that will further improve access to Navien for our customers across Canada.”

In addition, Navien held a North American virtual launch event on September 26 to introduce its new NPF Hydro-furnace.

This product marks the company’s introduction into the forced air HVAC market with a unit that uses its dual stainless steel heat exchangers to heat water which is then circulated through a hydronic coil to transfer heat into the airstream.

Available in upflow and horizontal configurations, the NPF comes in 60,000 Btu/h and 100,000 Btu/h options, both with 97% AFUE. The company also announced the NHB-H condensing boiler, an update to the NHB, along with changes to its NavienRewards contractor rewards program as well as updates to the Navien app.
