Right Time Group Continues Acquisitions Across Canada

The expansion continued in June when Comfort Masters LTD became Right Time’s seventh acquisition.

Right Time Group of Companies is on a roll. The residential HVAC contractor group owned by San Francisco-based private equity firm Gryphon Investors with regional locations in Ontario, Manitoba and B.C., now has a foothold in Alberta and has strengthened its position in Ontario with the acquisition of two more companies in recent months.

In April Right Time acquired Edmonton-based Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning, founded by Tony Romaniuk in 1989. Romaniuk was the sixth acquisition completed by Right Time which is focused on developing a national brand through acquisitions or partnerships with existing residential HVAC replacement contractors. The acquisition follows hot on the heels the company’s purchase of AtlasCare which HPAC Magazine reported on in March.

“Right Time is excited to partner with Tony and his team to expand the company into Alberta,” said Right Time CEO Jeremey Hetherington in a company release. “The Romaniuk team has built a strong business in Edmonton and Right Time is excited about joining forces. We look forward to continuing to deliver the high level of customer service that the Romaniuk brand is known for.”

The expansion continued in June when Comfort Masters LTD became Right Time’s seventh acquisition. Comfort Masters was founded in 2005 by Brian and Mariachristina Ripchensky and provides residential HVAC, air quality and hot water services to the Oshawa, York, Durham and Simcoe regions of the province.

“Comfort Masters’ team has built a strong brand with a reputation for premium service, and we look forward to continuing to meet our customers’ needs,” said  Hetherington.

Management and employees at both Romaniuk and Comfort Masters will join the Right Time team.

Right Time, was founded in 2014 and headquartered in St. Catharines, now operates out of 14 Canadian locations across Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and B.C. with over 600 employees.
