Innovair Solutions adds ventilation solution to portfolio

The company has made a strategic investment in Orkan, a Quebec-based manufacturer of Epurair branded products.
Innovair Solutions, the Quebec-based HVAC manufacturing, distribution and marketing company (formerly known as Oullette Group), has acquired Industrie Orkan Inc., manufacturers of Epurair brand products including ventilation systems like HRVs and related accessories, which are sold in Canada and the U.S.
Orkan is based in Saint-Hubert on the south shore of Montreal, and the new strategic partnership will allow Innovair Solutions to access technology in a new sector, share expertise and collaborate in the development of new products.
Industrie Orkan will continue to operate under the leadership of brothers Daniel and Simon Labrecque, who have built the company with strong partnerships and a team of employees.
This latest move adds to Innovair Solutions’ range of brands, which include Ouellet, Dettson, Momento, Nortron and Global Commander.
