Ouellet Group has announced the purchase of Innovair Corporation, supplying air conditioning and heat pump equipment across the United States.
This acquisition is expected to allow Ouellet to grow further and develop into new markets. The company is also looking to consolidate their position as a player in the North American market while continuing to offer quality service and innovative products.
Owned by the Beaulieu family, with its head office in L’Islet, Quebec, Ouellet Group owns Ouellet Canada in L’Islet, Dettson Industries in Sherbrooke (Quebec), Hazloc Heaters in Calgary (Alberta), Nanjing Ouellet – a manufacturing plant located in China – and Britech in Toronto (Ontario).
