Aqua-Tech adds to support teams

The company welcomes new customer service and technical support representatives.
Aqua-Tech Sales and Marketing Inc. has welcomed additions to its customer service representative (CSR) and technical support representative (TSR) groups.
Laura Monster
Laura Monster is joining Aqua-Tech’s CSR group. Monster previously held roles in sales, marketing, and inside sales support for a prominent wholesale distribution company in Alberta. A graduate of Waterloo University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, she will be working with the CSR group to support Aqua-Tech’s operations, sales and wholesale distribution partners across Canada.
Ryan Theisen
Ryan Theisen joins the Aqua-Tech’s TSR group and also comes from the wholesale distribution side of the business. A certified hydronic designer from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), Theisen has worked in design, technical sales, and management for a wholesale distribution company in Alberta, and he will now be working with Aqua-Tech’s TSR group to support Lochinvar products across Canada for the company’s inside and outside sales representatives, wholesale distribution partners, and service contractor networks.
