Changes at the top for the Boshart Group

Gary Boshart, founder and chair of Boshart Group, which includes Boshart Industries and Flomatic Corp., has appointed Jeremy Kuepfer as CEO of the Group.

The Boshart Group, headquartered the Milverton, Ont. and a manufacturer and distributer of products that support the PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), plumbing, HVAC, water well, industrial, waterworks, wastewater, irrigation and pool & spa industries, has announced a series of leadership changes within the family-owned business.

Gary Boshart, founder and chair of Boshart Group, which includes Boshart Industries and Flomatic Corp. (acquired in 2012 and based in Glens Falls, New York), has announced that Jeremy Kuepfer, his son-in-law, has been appointed CEO of the Group.

Kuepfer has spent the past 21 years in various roles with the organization, most recently as the senior vice president of IT and operations at Boshart Industries.

Julie Storey remains president of Boshart Industries after more than 30 years at the company.

valvesAnd as of March 1, Bo Andersson, who has served Flomatic for over 50 years, most recently as president, will transition to  director of R&D for the Boshart Group, and Nick Farrara will take over as president of Flomatic.

Farrara has been with Flomatic since 1996, most recently as executive vice president.
