Refrigeration training associations unite

Two American groups, the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society is merging with the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association to create a combined training and certification body.
The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) based in Illinois is merging with the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA) of Oregon to become a single force leader in training, education, and certification for HVAC/R technicians and contractors as well as industrial refrigeration technicians and engineers.
After nearly three years of discussion, the decision was made to strengthen two non-profit sister associations under one management model.
Combined, the two organizations will provide training, testing, and certification for technicians and engineers in both refrigeration and HVAC.
