Watts to acquire Josam Company

Watts Water Technologies has announced an agreement to acquire Indiana-based Josam Company, a manufacturer of drainage and plumbing products for over 100 years.

The Josam portfolio of drainage products including trench drains, roof and floor drains, grease interceptors and more serve commercial, industrial, and multi-family end markets, and the company has annual sales of around $35 million.

The family-owned business operates a 233,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

The transaction is expected to close in January 2024.
