RWC Celebrates 20 Year Milestone

The 2002 acquisition of Cash Acme helped jumpstart RWC’s transition from an Australian private company to a public company.
Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) have now marked 20-years since acquiring Cash Acme, a temperature and pressure valve manufacturer. The 2002 acquisition helped jumpstart RWC’s transition from an Australian private company to a public company in water control systems and plumbing solutions.
Since Cash Acme joined the RWC portfolio, the company has grown from 70 employees to more than 1,000 in North America. Since Cash Acme’s acquisition, RWC has added other brands to the company portfolio including: Sharkbite, HoldRite, John Guest, EZ-FLO and Eastman.
The company now has a footprint in the U.S. and Canadian residential and commercial new construction markets.
