Master Group Expands Reach in the U.S.

The Canadian-based HVAC/R wholesaler has acquired Refrigeration Sales Corp. of Ohio, its second acquisition in the U.S.
The Master Group has acquired Refrigeration Sales Corp. (RSC) based in Ohio, an independent distributor specializing in HVAC/R products and serving Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
This move marks Master’s second U.S.-based acquisition following the purchase of Virginia-based Value Added Distributors (VAD) in late 2021.

In business since 1945, RSC will continue to operate independently across Ohio and Pennsylvania with its current management team.
The Master Group has committed to expanding its presence in the North American HVAC/R market, having secured significant growth capital from its long-term partnership with private equity firm Novacap.
