RectorSeal has announced its acquisition of TRUaire, a California-based manufacturer of grilles, registers, and diffusers for the residential and commercial HVAC market.
Following an integration period, which will include the implementation of new technology platforms across both organizations to support business automation and efficiency, the combined organization will operate with a unified market approach giving distributors access to RectorSeal and TRUaire products.
The TRUaire brand will become the largest brand within the RectorSeal family, and further efforts will be made to expand and grow the TRUaire brand.
