Right Time acquires London, Ont.-based M&K Climate Care

This is the second acquisition completed by Right Time since announcing its 50/50 partnership with Toronto-based private equity firm Clairvest Group.
Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning Canada, the multi-location HVAC contractor now with 10 sites across Ontario and Manitoba, has acquired M&K Climate Care of London, Ont. This is the second acquisition completed by Right Time since announcing its 50/50 partnership with Toronto-based private equity firm Clairvest Group in November 2018.
M&K Climate Care (now operating as M&K) was founded in 1983 and provides residential HVAC and hot water services.
Management and employees of M&K now join the Right Time team utilizing the firm’s call centre and training capabilities as well as support of the company’s executive leadership based in St. Catharines, Ont.
The Right Time group of companies are focused on the residential replacement market with some 400 employees providing preventative maintenance programs, repairs and replacements of household HVAC units.
