Right Time Group adds Thomson Industries to the fold

Based out of Port Coquitlam, B.C., Thomson has been servicing the Lower Mainland for over 25 years.
Right Time Group of Companies has acquired Thomson Industries Ltd., a residential heating, cooling, electrical and air quality services company based out of Port Coquitlam, B.C.
Servicing the Lower Mainland, Thomson’s management team and employees are joining the Right Time team and expanding the Group’s reach in B.C.
“Over the past 25 years we’ve worked hard to build a leading reputation with homeowners in our community,” shared former owner and president Todd Thomson in a media release.
Thomson marks the 18th acquisition completed by Right Time, following the addition of Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning of Guelph, Ont. last month.
Right Time, majority-owned by San Francisco-based private equity firm Gryphon Investors, now operates out of 25 locations in Canada with operations in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and B.C.
