American Standard Canadian division under new leadership

American Standard Brands has announced that Yves Dalcourt has been named general manager of its Canadian division based in Mississauga, ON. In addition to spearheading growth efforts within the wholesale and retail channels, Dalcourt will work closely with the U.S. product development teams to create pioneering innovations for the Canadian market. Most recently, Dalcourt served as vice president of the home appliance division of LG Canada. Prior to that, he spent six years at Miele Ltd. as general manager and vice president of sales. Dalcourt, who is bilingual in French and English, holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Cambrian College. He replaces Harry Kandilas who moved to Electrolux Home Products- Canada in December 2013.
