Mestek acquires some of Barcol-Air to grow business, expand product line

Radiant Advantage Designs, a subsidiary of Mestek, has purchased radiant ceiling products and certain physical assets of Barcol-Air USA, located in Connecticut.

The company has also exclusively licensed certain radiant designs and intellectual property of Barcol-Air Group, headquartered in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland, for manufacture and sale in North America.

The radiant products will be manufactured at Mestek’s operations in Westfield, MA.

Mestek said it plans to work with Barcol-Air USA’s network of independent sales representatives to grow this business, as well as with the group to explore opportunities for technical and business collaboration. www.mestek.com
