PCL partnering with Eddy Solutions for water leak protection

The partnership involves merging Eddy Solution's water monitoring and leak mitigation technology with PCL's Job Site Insights cloud-based smart construction platform.
PCL Construction is incorporating IoT sensors in conjunction with its Job Site Insights platform to improve efficiency on the job site.
PCL Construction, the largest contracting organization in Canada, has joined forces with Toronto-based Eddy Solutions, a supplier of internet of things (IoT) water leak mitigation services, to merge Eddy’s solution with PCL’s Job Site Insights (JSI), a cloud-based smart construction platform that provides a view into all aspects of work at a job site.
The addition of smart water monitoring and leak mitigation technologies will provide job sites with real-time insights and visibility to effectively mitigate leaks and floods.
“This partnership will allow us to bring our water damage monitoring solution to a completely new setting,” said Travis Allan, CEO of Eddy Solutions in a PCL media release. “PCL’s experience in smart construction combined with our expertise in the monitoring, control, and conservation of water usage will maximize efficiencies for our companies and customers alike.”
